The Services Director provides oversight of agency program operations to ensure all consumers receive quality, person-centered services through support and leadership of the team responsible for managing residential, day programming and case management services. Responsibilities include:

Services Programming,

Program Oversight and Improvement,

Reporting, and
-
Serves as HIPAA Privacy Officer.
The position reports to the Executive Director of the agency and is an integral part of the Executive Team.

Salary Range: $49,924.51 - $61,018.43 per year based on experience and education.

Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will have:
-
A BA/BS in human services-related field.
-
5+ years’ program management experience in human services.
-
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
-
Basic understanding of licensure, certification, and accreditation processes.
-
Experience with program evaluation.
-
High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 (MS Office).

Valid driver's license and insurance required.
Highly qualified applicants will have:

Master’s degree in human service, public administration, nonprofit or program management related field.

Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
-
Experience with licensure, certification, accreditation, and funding streams for services to persons with developmental disabilities.
The selected candidate is required to successfully pass a background check and complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen as a condition of employment.
