Quality Assurance Director

The QA Director is responsible for maintaining an agency-wide quality assurance system to ensure programs and services meet regulatory requirements, and that agency policies and procedures are held to the same standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Quality Assurance Programming;

  • Consumer Data Management;

  • Admissions and Discharge Programming; and

  • Serves as Compliance Officer.

 

The position reports to the Executive Director of the agency and is an integral part of the Executive Team.

Salary Range: $49,924.51 - $61,018.43 per year based on experience and education.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants will have:

  • B.A./B.S. degree in human services or education-related field.

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 (MS Office).

  • Valid driver's license and insurance required.

 

Highly qualified applicants will have:

  • MA degree in human services, education-related field, or quality assurance/improvement/management with one year of relevant experience.

  • Experience in the field of intellectual/development disabilities.

  • Demonstrated understanding of the interdisciplinary team process is highly desirable.

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.

 

The selected candidate is required to successfully pass a background check and complete a pre-employment physical and drug screen as a condition of employment.
