Area Residential Care is a nonprofit agency that services adults with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to empower people with intellectual disabilities to achieve their highest quality of life and as an employee, you will get a chance to live out that mission every day on the job. As a consumer-focused agency that provides a multitude of services for those with disabilities, our employees get the opportunity to receive hands-on experience and one-on-one interaction with our consumers on a daily basis.
